It's nice and I wish I could keep it, but too bad it's incomplete. I like Royal Blue a lot more. To be honest, I find the black taskbar and menu bars of Vista to be somewhat depressing. It'd be better if they offered some more vibrant themes to their operating system, because the dark look of the black really doesn't work for me.

I thought I would go ahead and post this in case anyone didn't know about this and wanted to learn something interesting about one of XP's never finalized themes.
